Trunk IPA
Twisted TreeA hoppy, toffee tangle of flavour. This is a light bodied beer with a rich toffee caramelised sweetness complemented by packs of English Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops to give a refreshing bitterness expected from an IPA. All ingredients are grown in the UK. This beer packs a lot of flavour and is a sublime session IPA.

Vivid Dreams Of Idaho
OxfordA sensational hazy single hopped session IPA. The American Idaho hop is characterised by a bold juicy flavour (mango and papaya) stone fruit, apricot, zesty tangerine and slight hints of pine and black tea. A complex hop offering layered and intense fruit flavours providing complexity to the profile. A fantastic hop providing both flavour/aroma and a moderate level of bitterness. Vegan friendly.

Your craft beer questions answered
What types of beer do you serve?
As the home of craft beer in Witney, we serve a well-balanced and rotating mix of beers of all styles. From the keg, you’ll find hazy IPAs, refreshing lagers, complex porters and stouts, and even wheat beers, sours and the occasional speciality brew. Our two speciality cask taps serve up real ale of all styles from lighter milds, traditional bitters and premium pale ales. We also include gluten-free and low and no alcohol options, so there’s something for everyone. Seasonal and limited-edition beers from our suppliers and favoured breweries keep things fresh and interesting all year round.
Do you serve real ale?
Not only do we serve real ale, we’ve won awards for it! We were crowned the Oxford Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) Pub of Year in 2026, voted for by CAMRA members. We have two specialist craft beer taps serving up the best real ales and cask ales from independent breweries in the Cotswolds and beyond.
Do you have any gluten free beers?
We carefully curate our rotating selection of beers to ensure there is always something for everyone, which means there is always a gluten-free beer available on tap. Allergen and dietary information for all the beer we’re currently serving is available on our menu, so take a look and find your new favourite!
How is your beer stored?
We take the quality of our beer seriously, which is why every beer we serve is carefully stored in our temperature-controlled cellar before it reaches your glass. Cask ales are kept and served at cellar temperature, while our keg beers are chilled to the perfect serving temperature for each style. It's the kind of attention to detail that we think makes all the difference, and it's part of the reason we've been recognised by CAMRA two years running.
Do you offer beer flights or tasting paddles?
We don't offer formal tasting paddles, but we do serve third and half-pints alongside full pints, making it easy to try something new without committing to a full glass. With a constantly rotating tap list across eight taps, we're more than happy to help you find your next favourite. Just ask the team if you need a hand choosing.
Do you stock low and no alcohol beers?
Absolutely. We believe great beer should be for everyone, which is why we always have a selection of low and no alcohol cans and bottles available at the bar.
Do your beers cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
We carefully curate our selection to ensure there is always at least one gluten-free beer available on tap, and allergen and dietary information for everything we're currently serving is available on our menu. If you have a specific requirement or want to check before you visit, feel free to get in touch and our friendly team will be happy to help.
Which breweries do you regularly feature?
We source from a wide range of independent breweries from across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, and beyond, with a focus on quality and variety. You'll regularly find beers from local favourites including Little Ox Brewery in Freeland and Electric Bear, alongside a constantly changing roster of breweries from across the UK.
